Our Process

We use a four phase process to support your specific needs. Each phase is customized to your needs at the end of the previous phase.

Initial Consultation

The initial consultation is always free. The purpose is for us to design a working relationship. We do this by:

• Learning your goals, deadlines and desires for your project.
• Determining what we can do to help your organization.
• Designing the role that you would like us to take moving forward.

Team Survey

We work with your team to learn what problems they are facing, their working styles and the areas where training, development and support can generate the best results.

Team Training and Assisted Development

During this phase our goal is to increase the capabilities of your team. We may provide code or documents that apply to your project as examples, so your team can be more productive.

Team Support

This is a ‘maintenance’ phase, we provide support on an occasional basis to help the team get over difficult hurdles.

Subject Matter

During our work with your organization we may cover subject matter in a number of sub disciplines.

Planning:

• Gather the requirements
• Outline the constraints
• Determine the scope
• Define your project in non-technical terms
• Prepare a test plan that ensures project quality
• Estimate the costs
• Lay out an easy to manage schedule

Development:

• Measure progress
• Identify technical hurdles
• Analyze system test and benchmark results
• Prepare for Beta Testing
